CSR - Customer Service Representative

*Now offering 4-day/10-hour OR 5-day/8-hour schedules*

A Customer Service Representative ("Patient Enrollment Specialist") will work with patients to provide a smooth transition from the clinic to opiate free pain relief at home. This role will reach out to the patient and gather necessary information to complete the prescription process.

Essential Job Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Initiate telephone, mail, and email contact with patients to complete prescription orders quickly and efficiently.
  • Communicate professionally with patients regarding the use, benefits of, and potential coverage of Zynex’ products.
  • Provide patient education as needed on Zynex Medical’s medical products, shipping times, and insurance billing processes.
  • Memorize and recite multiple processes and scripts for different products and various insurances.
  • Maintain accurate records and provide detailed, professional notes in patient files.
  • Operate independently in Zynex’s billing system to complete patient orders with a high degree of accuracy.
  • Meet daily goals as outlined by Billing Department Manager/EZ RX Supervisor.
  • Dress and interact professionally in an office environment.
  • Follow all company policies and address issues following appropriate chain of command.
  • Assist with new hire training when the team lead is absent.
  • Be present/visible in the home office Monday through Friday, either 4 days per week for 10 hours per day OR 5 days per week 8 hours per day. Exceptions to this need prior approval from your direct Manager/Supervisor.
  • Complete other duties as assigned by Management.

Education Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.

Physical & Environmental Requirements:

  • Fast-paced, professional office environment.
  • Proficient use of office equipment including computers, copiers, fax machines and telephones.
  • Proficiency with office computers and Microsoft Office software.
  • Ability to communicate effectively via spoken, written and electronic means.
  • Ability to stand or sit for extended periods of time.
