Enterprise Account Executive
Culture Amp is looking for a Senior Enterprise Account Executive to drive sales and enhance employee engagement in organizations over 5,000 employees. This role requires a consultative sales approach and collaboration with various teams to optimize employee experience.
Skills
- Proven track record in closing sales
- Experience with Enterprise sized organizations
- Ability to build pipeline independently
- Strong teamwork and consultative selling skills
Responsibilities
- Generate new business opportunities through outbound calling and marketing follow-ups
- Manage a robust sales pipeline from prospecting to close
- Educate prospective customers about Culture Amp’s value and solutions
- Co-create solutions to advocate for Culture Amp's adoption
- Collaborate with People Scientists and Solution Consultants to achieve sales goals
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Business or related field
