Our high-performing, STS Culture and Communications team is seeking candidates who operate effectively in an agile environment, challenge the status quo, value teamwork, and are driven to succeed.
Your role:
As a member of the STS Culture and Communications team, an Advanced Business Analyst is responsible for supporting and executing communication plans that demonstrate the impact and alignment of Invesco and STS' vision, strategy and goals. This will include supporting high-level communication from leadership, scaled culture programs to unite our team and will involve the curation and drafting of content for a range of communication channels and audiences. This is an excellent role for an individual interested in building a career at the intersection of organizational change, culture and communication.
Key Responsibilities / Duties:
- Assists Head of Culture and Communications with support of the STS Senior Managing Director and Executive Leadership Committee to ensure key STS initiatives are communicated to the STS team
- Curation and drafting of articles, blog posts, newsletters, video scripts and commentaries, infographics, outlines and speaker notes to communicate STS' vision, strategy and goals. Includes writing, editing, and supporting STS-established communication's best practices

Coordinates the content review process with internal stakeholders, Corporate Communications and Legal and Compliance, as required

Maintain an organized, searchable archive of communications materials produced through SharePoint online and help team members and leaders across STS leverage them for a range of purposes, including for use within presentations to business partners.

Provides support to STS leadership teams in creating PowerPoint presentations for meetings with key stakeholders and management across STS and Invesco
- Support the content, logistics and delivery of high quality, large-scale events across STS

Serve as point of communications contact for assigned STS functional leaders. Offer content suggestions, production support, and leverage their work to inform ours.

Analyze and deliver quantitative engagement metrics and trends to assess the impact of this work and inform future enhancements to our communications strategy and channels.
Work Experience / Knowledge:
- 2-3 years of work experience, including demonstrated strong proficiency in English with a proven record of writing articles, journalistic experience and portfolios of work are especially welcomed.

Proven success in proactive, independent role, preferably within the financial services industry

Entrepreneurial mindset and comfort working independently and supporting STS-wide initiatives

Proficiency of the MS Office suite is required. Experience in SharePoint online and web design is a plus.
