The physical demands for a Cultivation Associate at Curaleaf include the ability to lift up to 50 pounds, stand for extended periods, and perform tasks that require good manual dexterity. You'll also be expected to climb ladders and maneuver in various positions, such as crawling, to care for the plants effectively.
