Skills

Minimum 8 years of progressive HRBP experience
Leadership in supporting functional state leaders within a manufacturing unionized environment
Exceptional employee investigation experience
Ability to use data & metrics to influence business decisions
Prior labor relations experience
Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Responsibilities

Serve as the People and Culture Business Partner for the Operations facility
Collaborate with leadership and team members to foster a positive workplace culture
Provide HR guidance, implement policies, and drive employee engagement
Support functional state leaders within a manufacturing unionized environment
Partner with mid-level managers to build a strong engaged team
Shape and implement HR strategies, policies, and practices aligning with company mission and values

Education

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
