Vice President of People Experience

The Wikimedia Foundation is seeking a Vice President to join the People department. This role involves developing and implementing a talent philosophy that supports the mission and organizational culture while achieving measurable business and social impact goals. Key responsibilities include organizational development, department leadership, employee communications and recognition.

Significant experience in people operations with fluency in retention, compensation/benefits, and employee relations

Responsibilities

Develop, maintain and lead organization-wide leadership, culture, and values agenda
Partner with colleagues to analyze employee survey results and implement changes as needed
Recruit, develop, and mentor a diverse team of exceptional people
Develop and manage a new rewards system in support of the Foundation’s evolving business direction
