Talent Acquisition Partner

Curaleaf Holdings, Inc. is looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner to join their team. The role involves filling various roles for the Retail and Wholesale departments, requiring high volume recruiting experience.

Skills

2+ years of high volume corporate or staffing agency recruiting experience
Bachelor’s degree preferred
Experience with an ATS system, Greenhouse experience is a plus
Strong communication and organizational skills

Responsibilities

Partner with hiring managers and HR to understand hiring needs
Source candidates through different channels
Screen candidates and provide recommendations to hiring managers
Coordinate interviews and offer process
Maintain and update candidate information in ATS
Assist with recruiting events and special programs

Education

Bachelor’s degree preferred
