Curaleaf Holdings, Inc. is looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner to join their Operations Team. The ideal candidate will have experience in high volume recruiting and play a key role in filling various roles within the company.

Skills

  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Experience with an ATS system
  • Strong communication and business acumen

Responsibilities

  • Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs
  • Source candidates through various channels
  • Screen and track candidate feedback
  • Coordinate interviews and offer extensions
  • Maintain candidate information in ATS

Education

  • Bachelor's degree preferred
