Curri partners with tens of thousands of independent contractor drivers to complete last-mile package deliveries to customers.  Our Supply Growth team has laid a solid foundation for acquisition and onboarding, and now we’re looking for a strategic, analytical, and entrepreneurial operator to help us take it to the next level!

In this role, you will spearhead the development and execution of high-leverage strategies to expand Curri’s delivery driver network. You will also be responsible for identifying and implementing transformational improvements to the scalability and efficiency of Curri’s supply growth by improving the throughput of our onboarding processes, identifying and engaging the highest-value drivers, and minimizing driver acquisition & onboarding costs (CAC).

This role is a unique opportunity to make a significant impact without the distractions of immediate crises—our house isn’t on fire, but the opportunities for step-change improvements are immense. This is a chance to bring your creativity, strategic mindset, and execution skills to a company poised for exponential growth and to leave your mark on Curri’s success story.

What you will do:
  • Manage Curri’s supply growth pipeline - Oversee Curri’s supply growth pipeline by prioritizing requests to add new drivers, conducting fleet analyses to determine how many drivers to add, and managing the team to onboard drivers effectively.
  • Manage external BPO - Oversee Curri’s external BPO partner to field questions / update SOPs, drive timely onboarding of new drivers, and ensure accuracy and quality of BPO execution.
  • Uplevel onboarding processes - Drive constant improvements to acquisition & onboarding processes in ways that maximize conversion and minimize costs of acquisition and onboarding high-value drivers.
  • Revenue partnership - Partner closely with revenue teams to ensure supply growth priorities are fully aligned with the highest-value revenue opportunities
  • Tracking & reporting - Develop, track, and report on acquisition and onboarding metrics within the team and across the company.
  • Product collaboration - Work closely with product teams to scope, opportunity size, prioritize, and test product improvements that can meaningfully improve supply growth.
  • Documentation and Process Improvement - Create and maintain comprehensive documentation of processes and initiatives, continually driving process improvements in efficiency and effectiveness.

What you need to have:
  • 3+ years of experience that includes project management, analytics, and/or problem-solving.
  • Excited about digging deep into the data, isn’t afraid to challenge the status quo, and can develop scrappy approaches to test and learn.
  • Can translate complex analyses into actionable insights tied to business goals, detail-oriented, and an excellent verbal and written communicator.
  • Thrive in a fast-paced environment and are comfortable shifting priorities based on new insights and business needs.
  • Ability to lead execution of complex initiatives and processes using project management best practices.
  • Can effectively collaborate with other teams across the organization, a self-starter, and has a desire to learn and grow.
  • Experience in consulting, investment banking, private equity, logistics, operations management, or a high-growth startup is preferred.
  • Analytical proficiency with Excel / Google Sheets is required; SQL knowledge is preferred.

Bonus Points if you have:
  • Experience/comfort with growth marketing that can be leveraged as we think about our growth marketing strategy for drivers.
  • Direct experience in construction, delivery, or transportation sectors.

What is in it for you?
  • You will have the opportunity to work for a dynamic and successful start-up on a diverse team where you can make a huge impact by doing meaningful work.
  • Significant and meaningful responsibilities from Day 1, with the ability to shape our GTM strategy. The possibilities are limitless and depend on you.
  • Work in a remote environment with a flexible schedule. We don’t micromanage and want to help you do great work.
  • There is no work/life—there is only life and we want your time at Curri to be life-giving and foster the best version of you. We care about family and your own personal development and don't expect you to be always engaged with work.
  • We offer a competitive salary, and benefits including, but not limited to, health, dental, vision, 401K, and an equity compensation grant.
