Housing Facilities
$27,750 - $28,982; commensurate with experience
Under close supervision, perform cleaning and maintenance of designated area for Housing and Residential Life. Duties will include: Sweep, mop, and buff stairs, corridors and floors; vacuum carpet; shampoo carpet; wash windows; polish furniture, clean woodwork. Pick up litter on campus. Empty trash and clean containers. Clean bathroom walls, floors, fixtures, and replenish supplies. Clean ramps on outside of buildings periodically using pressure washer. Clean kitchens; floors, fixtures, appliances, sink, etc. Clean laundry rooms. Perform minor maintenance as appropriate or assigned.
High School diploma or High School Equivalency (HSE) required.
Entry level; no experience required. Training will be provided.
Custodial experience preferred.
