Job Description

We are looking for Customer Care Representatives to join our Customer Care department! Our Customer Care department is made up of many different teams, each one specializing in a different branch of customer care. We are looking for positive and motivated individuals to join our team at our Corporate Office in Orem, UT. In this role, you will be providing support to our customers, whether that's residential customers or other businesses, that we provide service to; you will work with customers to resolve concerns, build relationships, upsell services and products, schedule services, and answer customer questions. We offer full, paid training, to help you find success. Responsibilities

  • Receive inbound calls to help customers with their accounts, their services, and any other questions or concerns they have
  • Help reactive customers that have previously cancelled their service
  • Provide world-class level customer advocacy in every interaction
  • Communicating and collaborating with other departments to best assist our customers
  • Detailed notes about all interactions with customers


Qualifications:

  • 6+ months of call center experience (required)
  • In-house call center experience (preferred)
  • Pest Control knowledge (preferred)
  • Experience using FieldRoutes (preferred)
  • Excelled verbal communication skills
  • Proficient computer/typing skills
  • Positive attitude and persistent work ethic
  • Proven team player
