Make an Impact

We are looking for a Social Media Specialist to join our Customer Care team. This highly motivated individual will monitor and respond to engagement on Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Tik Tok, Pinterest, Youtube, and other Social media platforms for all active Fossil Group brands. This detail oriented individual will respond proactively to all questions posted on Social Media platforms to provide a radical experience to customers around the globe, providing customer service via social media outlets. This position is a great opportunity for someone with a strong retail or customer service background that wishes to learn about engaging customers via Social Media, and an excellent opportunity to grow your Fossil career!

*The is role is on a hybrid schedule, 3 days in the office and 2 days working from home, with the exception of the first two weeks of training*

Your Skills

  • Proficiency in Social Media platforms (Facebook, Instagram and Twitter) is required
  • Excellent written communication skills and customer service skills
  • 1-2 years customer service or retail experience required
  • Passion to deliver a world class customer experience
  • Enthusiastic and positive attitude
  • Resourceful to invent creative solutions
  • Strong relationship builder with both internal and external customers
  • Comfortably navigate in a fast paced, technical environment
  • Expert multitasker
