The Customer Development Team, Finance Intern – Digital Commerce supports the CDT Finance Manager in providing financial direction to the Amazon Pure Play, DTC and CXG teams by leveraging financial analysis, and performing general accounting and Corporate reporting functions in order to enable the teams to drive the business.
This is accomplished by preparing the monthly booking of revenue and fees for DTC, (CPUS and Hello); as well as performing required g/l account analysis, and preparing monthly Corporate submissions as needed
This includes but is not limited the following:
Ensuring the integrity and documentation of financial reporting related to DTC activity, its alignment with corporate policies and strategies, and that all accounting principles are properly followed.
DTC balance sheet account analysis
DTC A&P analysis
DTC MRE submissions, monthly and Budgets and LE
DTC Margin Bridge adjustments for SGA
DTC Budget and LE submission in CSIP
Monthly reporting for Instacart
Global submission of quarterly NA eCommerce actuals
Ad Hoc reporting for Amazon Pure Play as needed
Automation of processes where possible
Qualifications and Competencies
Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree program, with a business and/or finance concentration expecting to graduate in 2013/2014.
Approximate GPA of 3.0 or above
Relevant systems knowledge preferred -MS Excel, SAP, Google Suite and Big Query.
Must be available to work full-time if needed
Documentation of U.S. Citizenship or authorization to work permanently in the U.S.
