OVERVIEW:
We are looking for a Customer Implementation Specialist to join our growing Customer Strategy department. The ideal candidate will have experience in a fast-paced, client facing environment and a strong understanding of customer needs and a passion from problem solving.
As a Customer Implementation Specialist, you will have the opportunity to directly engage with new customers through regular communication points to drive their onboarding process. The Customer Implementation Specialist will be responsible for ensuring a smooth implementation process for new SMB, Mid-Market, and Enterprise customers, including onboarding, training, and ongoing technical support.
