Customer Implementation Specialist

OVERVIEW:

We are looking for a Customer Implementation Specialist to join our growing Customer Strategy department. The ideal candidate will have experience in a fast-paced, client facing environment and a strong understanding of customer needs and a passion from problem solving.

As a Customer Implementation Specialist, you will have the opportunity to directly engage with new customers through regular communication points to drive their onboarding process. The Customer Implementation Specialist will be responsible for ensuring a smooth implementation process for new SMB, Mid-Market, and Enterprise customers, including onboarding, training, and ongoing technical support.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • 0-2 years' experience in a Customer Service environment, technical role, and/or process driven role - relevant internship, co-op, or post-grad experience accepted
  • Comfortable with Microsoft Excel (basic formulas, pivot tables, vlookups)
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Knowledge of Ecommerce platforms such as Google and Amazon, Google AdWords, Merchant Center, and Analytics, a plus
  • General JavaScript, Salesforce and Jira experience, a plus

WHO YOU ARE:

This is an entry-level position; the ideal candidate is looking to begin their career in Product Management within the Digital Marketing industry. You are:

  • Eager to adapt and contribute to changes that improve the onboarding process
  • Detail-oriented with a results-focused mindset
  • A strong communicator, both written and verbal
  • Analytical by nature - much of what we do revolves around data

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

As a Customer Implementation Specialist on our Implementation team, you will:

  • Navigate new customers through the onboarding process, including customer communication and management of key tasks of technical integration
  • Organize and document key customer goals and strategies throughout the onboarding process
  • Participate in initial customer calls, taking notes and ensuring that all pertinent information is shared across the sales, onboarding, and client services teams
  • Tackle onboarding challenges and offer/develop creative methods (both technically and non-technically) of overcoming customer frustrations and hurdles

  • The base pay for this position is targeted at $51,000 per year. Projected variable compensation of $4,000 will be provided as part of the total compensation package should you hit all of your agreed upon goals
