We’re looking for an experienced Customer Program Manager to support our Central Operations Team. You’ll work alongside collaborative partners and dedicated achievers in the field. Customer Program Managers are responsible for assisting our Customer Success & Growth team in gaining an understanding of our customers’ operational processes as well as those of our Pharmacy and Warehouse operations to develop improvements and greater efficiencies for all workflows and parties.

You're excited about this opportunity because...

    • You'll establish and expand relationships with assigned key accounts to uncover additional opportunities
    • You'll root out customer pain points to optimize workflow for current and new customers
    • You'll collaborate with our Growth and Strategy, Product Development and Engineering teams to find creative ways to reduce friction and make our customer experience more seamless
    • You'll work closely with Pharmacy and Warehouse Operations to ensure seamless experiences when there are projects or product launches
    • You'll maximize exposure to the customer leadership team in order to influence and provide customer value
    • You'll make data driven decisions

We're excited about you because...

    • You have 3+ years experience in customer operations, customer service, Pharmacy operations or customer success
    • You have a genuine desire to help others, high energy and positive attitude
    • You are able empathize with people
    • You are eager to learn every day and are a natural problem solver
    • You have experience with CRM systems and a strong interest in technology
    • You're able to analyze sales data and determine a plan to improve account relationships
    • You love building scalable processes
    • You have start up and/or healthcare experience (highly preferred)
    • You have strong organizational planning and time management skills
    • You possess excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
    • You have experience with in-app messaging software and support platforms
$60,000 - $90,000 a year
