Customer Service Associate- Pharmacy ($18-19/hr)
Our client is one of the trusted insurance companies in the US. They offer health insurance, including medical, dental, and prescription drug coverage to individuals and families.
They are hiring for a Customer Service Associate who will be responsible in updating data for directory information such as primary addresses, secondary addresses, phone numbers, and specialty in the company's systems.

Responsibilities:

Performing data entry, phone work and systems research related to provider directory accuracy

Receiving inbound faxes from providers about the pharmacy prescription with the provider, member, and medication information

Ensuring that all information is filled out completely

Following up with the providers to obtain the missing information
Qualifications:

A Bachelor's Degree or 1-5 years of related customer service experience

Good verbal communication skills and friendly phone etiquette

Must be reliable and dependable

Knowledgeable of using Microsoft Office; Excel and Outlook
