Customer Service

Overview

Textron Aviation Customer Service enhances the customer experience through simplifying aircraft ownership, reducing operating costs and increasing aircraft resale value. You will build long-term relationships with customers and long-term careers with Textron Aviation.

Technical Support

You will work with customers directly to troubleshoot service needs and assist with aircraft repairs for all of Textron Aviation’s products.

Structural Repair Services

You will work with Engineering to repair aircraft that need major structural repair and other reconstruction services in Structural Repair Services.

Maintenance Engineering

You will work with all of Textron Aviation’s aircraft, providing scheduled maintenance and quick repairs in Maintenance Engineering.
