Core Responsibilities:
As a Management Analyst I in the Information Services Unit of the Office of Child and Family Services you will provide support to the business teams within OFCS. The Management Analyst I will have excellent customer service skills and behaviors in contacts with clients, co-workers and the public. This position will maintain understanding of the federal, state and department policy requirements which influence how OCFS collects and manages children’s data. This position will learn and maintain an understanding of the business workflow and rules within OCFS and the office’s current use and future development of information management systems. Be a primary person with the EISR helpdesk providing coverage responsibilities for internal OCFS users, OBH users, and external customers and contribute with user application training. Assist in the defining of business requirements for the OCFS EISR application enhancements and participate in the EISR(UAT) testing. Help to Maintain Eclipse software for Selenium Automated Testing of EISR. Participate in the DHHS Administrative Service Organization, Kepro, data and reporting meetings and projects on children’s data.
A well-qualified candidate will be detailed oriented, able to multitask and effectively manage and meet deadlines, be highly skilled with Microsoft Excel and Access software, and have experience working with the creation and testing of user stories.
