Shifts: All Shifts, 1st Shift, 2nd Shift, 3rd Shift, Weekend Shifts, Flex Scheduling.

Employment Types: Full Time, Part Time, Direct Hire, Long Term.

Pay Rate: $19.00 - $22.00 / hour

Duties:

• Service customers at counter while projecting a positive image and respond to inquiries from clients, staff, and public in a courteous manner
• Interact with customer to ensure complete and accurate shipping documents and all documents related to terminating shipments
• Collect record and properly process all monies from customers
• Answer telephone and take appropriate action when necessary and/or required
• Advise customers via telephone and written notification of the arrival of shipments
• Inform shipper of cost of freight and storage charges if applicable
• Complete airway bills required data entry, and update computer records. Review paperwork and information to ensure accuracy and completion.

Position Requirements:

Associates have the following requirements:

• Must be comfortable with tendering PETS/Animals
• Must possess a valid Driver's License/Government Issued picture ID
• Must be able to pass all pre-employment screenings, and airport/government security check
• Must possess the ability to read, write, fluently speak, and understand English
• Must be able to work varied shifts, including nights, weekends, and holiday.

Requirements: Background Check, Drug Test, Stand for Shift Duration, Must be at least 18 years old, Able to Lift 50 pounds, required education: HS Diploma or GED
The hourly rate for this position is anticipated to range between $19.00 - $22.00 per hour. This range is a good-faith estimate, based on the qualifications necessary for the position, including but not limited to experience, training, and other considerations permitted by law. Factors that may be used when making an offer may include a candidate's skills and experience, the expected quality and quantity of work, and internal pay alignment, as needed. Most candidates will start in the bottom half of the pay range. The upper end of the range will generally be reserved for candidates with extensive skills and experience. An employee's pay history will not be a contributing factor where prohibited by local law.
