The Opportunity:
As a Customer Service Representative with Roehl Transport, you play a key part in our mission of delivering “confidence and satisfaction” to our customers. In this position, you will:
- Manage customer relationships and expectations relative to service, tender compliance, and trailer pool management
- Monitor customer freight and look for additional opportunities and efficiencies
- Analyze problems and provide creative solutions for our customers and driving teammates
- Communicate effectively with customers and Roehl teammates via telephone, email, and other forms of communication
The Experience:We are looking for someone with:
- At least 2 years of experience in customer service, account management, or sales
- Prior experience in transportation is preferred
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize time sensitive situations
- Strong ability to manage conflict and problem solve
- Effective communication skills with a diverse audience via phone, email and text
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and ability to work with dual-screen computer monitors
The Wage:
You will earn a competitive base salary and participate in two monthly bonus opportunities. Additionally, you are eligible for medical, dental, 401k, profit sharing, and paid time off. We even offer tuition reimbursement if you are interested in advancing your education.
