This is a part time temporary position expected to start on June 12, 2023, through August 10, 2023.

The Customer Service Representative receives, reviews and addresses a variety of inquiries, to include complaints, requests for information and/or service etc. and follows-up on customer concerns via face-to-face, email, fax, telephone and/or regular mail.

Responsible to provide support for the daily operational support for Auxiliary and Dining program. Includes customer service responsibilities – front desk support. The goal of the position is to provide supportive and customer-focused experience for operational needs in preparation for the Fall 2023 semester start.

As part of this position, the customer service representative will work on campus in a front desk environment answering telephone calls, greeting, and assisting department and University visitors as needed. The position will answer emails and occasional phone calls related to the daily operations; work orders, vending and surplus projects.

The position reports to the Director of Auxiliary Services. Shifts are scheduled Monday through Friday, 12 noon - 5 p.m.
