Responsibilities:

Location: Onsite 777 N Rainbow Blvd, Las Vegas, NV 89107
Contract Position: This is a temporary position that will start on 8/28/2023 and will continue through November. There is an opportunity to convert to perm.
Salary: $18 per hour
Hours: 8 hour shifts between 5am and 6pm PST Monday to Friday, with some Saturday working during peak times. You’ll have a commitment to work 40hrs per week.Introduction

Our Customer Service Representatives are responsible for taking calls from our members who will need help evaluating their benefit options and you’ll advise them on optimizing their employee benefit use. There is no outbound or cold calling.

You’ll also work with insurance carriers, providers and third party administrators to resolve claim and eligibility concerns for clients. You may also be cross-trained to work in other teams depending on business need.

Qualifications:

As a minimum requirement you’ll need:

High school diploma
Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience
The ability to type well and use a computer

It would be nice if you also had:

The ability to use Microsoft software, including Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Word
The ability to take complex information and explain it in simple terms either in writing or over the phone or chat
An eye for detail
