Customer Service Representative/Call Center Representative

We are seeking Customer Service/Call Center Reps for a 1 year onsite contract role in Cumberland, RI.

In this role you will be responsible for handling customer service calls in a call center environment. Experience with healthcare, Medicaid or Medicare would be helpful in this role. Training will be provided. Strong attention to detail, and proven analytical and problem solving skills.

Experience: 1+ year customer service experience. 1+ year working in a high volume customer service environment. 1+ years computer experience with proficiency with Microsoft Office. 1+ Data Entry experience.

Hours: Monday-Friday 8:30am-5pm

Education: Verifiable high school diploma or GED.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $18.25 per hour
