The Customer Service Support Representative will provide support to Customer Service Representatives principally by engaging vendors to verify and facilitate payments arrangements. Support for operations personnel may also include analyzing allocation data for clients and supporting the implementation of new clients. They will perform other clerical duties as assigned.
