Suzy is excited to offer a 2023 Summer Internship beginning May 30, 2023 through mid-August. Each intern will participate in a group project to present to the company as a team in August. Interns will have the opportunity to apply to our associate role. One intern will be selected for the role and will take on a one year rotation with different departments.

The Customer Success Intern will report to a CS pod leader and will support CSMs by handling behind-the-scenes customer support, project management and operational support. You will be an integral part of the day-to-day operations across Customer Success in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
Responsibilities:
  • Provide support to CSMs within the assigned pod via survey drafting and programming assistance, training support, screener development, reporting from Suzy and other internal Suzy tech platforms.
  • Perform Typing Tool updates / refreshes, pull usage state, submit detailed JIRA tickets, new user creation, performing quarterly audit of Suzy Platform Users and other tactical support for CSMs.
  • Cross-functional support including project management support for Managed Service, Suzy Live, Suzy Home and Global projects.
  • Identify process improvement opportunities and help build collateral to scale our client partnerships – eg. project trackers, case studies, recap of quarterly earning reports, etc.
  • Become proficient in Market Research and an expert in the Suzy Platform, including sales support tools available to the CSM Team - eg. Highspot, Salesforce, Salesloft, Power BI, etc.
  • Generally support CSMs and Pod in the completion of day-to-day tasks.
Qualifications:
  • Candidates must be willing to roll up their sleeves and provide valuable proactive support within the assigned pod and across Customer Success depending on priorities for the CS org.
  • Highly organized individual with a passion for supporting our customers and CSMs.
  • Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Google Workplace suite proficiency is required.

  • The target base compensation for this role is $15/hr.
