We are looking for a Customer Success Manager who can lead the 3 pillars of REHAUs Customer Success structure. Build the inside sales team and refine the customer service and order management teams processes to create long term value to our customers.
The candidate will build an inside sales team focused on outbound calling and over the phone business and relationship development.
With the customer service group, the Customer Success Manager will conceptualize, lead, and implement best in class customer service processes and relationships creating a best-in-class customer service experience for REHAU’s customers.
With the Order and Process improvement team the Customer Success Manager will streamline order entry processes, demand planning and delivery times while analyzing customer data, to improve the overall customer experience. The candidate should bring both direct sales experience and customer service experience and will need the ability to build strong relationships.
Responsibilities:
A candidate’s final salary offer will be based on his or her skills, education, experience and geographic location. Total compensation may also include bonuses consistent with REHAU’s corporate bonus plan.
