Customer Success Manager, Supplier Sales

In this role, you will be responsible for onboarding, educating, and increasing retention efforts for all supplier members.

The Customer Success Manager, Supplier Sales will report to the Director, Membership & Subscriptions. You’ll join our supplier sales department and assist a team of account executives exceed their sales goals.

We are looking for a team player who will support our sales team and provide new members with an exceptional experience.

The salary range for this position is $50,000 - $55,000.

Responsibilities:

  • Directly supports the membership, supplier sales and subscription services as they work toward exceeding their annual budget/goals.
  • Ensuring sales team members are educated in the product offerings and answering general sales and non-sales questions, including industry related issues and ESP updates/set up.
  • Conducting webinars for supplier members with the support from the marketing team.
  • Conducting daily calls to new members.
  • Educating and informing members on the value and benefits of ASI Membership, the importance of getting their products into ESP and other marketing tips to help ensure their success.
  • Assisting members by answering general questions, handling cancellation requests, upgrades/downgrades, or introducing them to their account executive.
  • Reviewing the weekly non-pay report and reaching out to membership-only Suppliers who are set to be cancelled.
  • Attending local non-ASI trade show per quarter as scheduled by supervisor for new member acquisition.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent work experience.
  • 1-2 years of experience in a customer service-oriented position.
  • Ability to travel up to 15%.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Previous experience with a billing software, Personify is a plus.
  • Previous experience with a CRM, Salesforce is a plus.

ASI currently has a hybrid work model. All employees, who live within a one-hour commuting distance, are required to work onsite on Wednesdays.
