Customer Supply Chain Analyst

The Customer Supply Chain Analyst is responsible for providing dedicated customer operations support to our external customers including processing orders, resolving issues that occur, and optimizing key performance indicators (KPIs).

You will be responsible for:

• Communicating and developing relationships with customer replenishment departments
• Interfacing effectively and proactively with internal groups such as Sales, Operations, Logistics, and Demand & Supply Planning
• Managing customer orders to support and optimize on-time and product fill rates
• Understanding upcoming customer promotions and current items issues to mitigate on shelf availability risks
• Producing reports on product fill rate, customer delivery appointment and want date adherence, lead-time and cycle time variability, and inventory levels
• Using data analysis to recommend strategies to improve product fill rate, order frequency, lead-time variability, inventory levels, and cost to serve
• Reviewing and correcting orders for discrepancies in procing, quantity, and other important details

You’ll succeed because you...

• Have a Bachelor's Degree in a business-related field
• Bring 2+ years of Supply Chain experience
• Have working knowledge within SAP or a similar system
• Can leverage data analytics to drive business results
• Have excellent written and verbal communication skills
