RISING GIANT IN AUTOMOTIVE INDUSTRY SEEKS AN ON-SITE CUSTOMER SUPPORT ACCOUNT MANAGER
We’re a successful fast growing company based in Louisville, Kentucky. We’re growing rapidly, undergoing a national expansion. In the past five years, we’ve grown from 60 employees to over 400. We’ve averaged 50% revenue growth each year over the past 8 years. We’re looking for an experienced Account Manager to help play an important part in our growth.
Purpose:
Operates as the main point-of-contact for a high level account for any needs and concerns in order to build stronger customer relationships.
Summary:
The Customer Support Account Manager acts as the main point-of-contact of their assigned account and keeps key stakeholders of the account satisfied by partnering with the operations and sales teams to report data, provide high-quality customer service, and continually problem solve.
Duties Critical to Success:
- Handle inquiries and requests from customers and address their needs
- Collect and analyze data concerning consumer behavior to understand changing needs
- Developing and implementing new policies and Standard Operating Procedures based on customer feedback
- Act as an advocate for customer
- Provide guidance and support for operations and sales support teams
- Determining system improvements
- Identify new locations and partner with RSMs and AMs to generate incremental revenue
- Elevate issues timely to leadership with recommended actions and timelines
- Manage all reports and dashboard from internal teams and customer
- Lead customer meetings providing agenda and summarizing actions and timelines
- Utilize Basecamp regularly to report progress on assigned responsibilities

Relations to supervisory and subordinating roles within the company:
Immediate Supervisor: Strategic Account Manager

Job specifications, standards, and requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or related discipline
- 3+ years’ experience in a project manager or account manager role
- Strong organization and prioritization skills
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
- Excellent analytical, communication and presentation skills
- Will report on-site daily to Hertz corporate office (Estero, FL)
- Travel to corporate headquarters in Louisville, Kentucky as needed (likely 5%)
Compensation:
Pay for this position includes a $65,000 base plus up to a 10% bonus.
