The Role

We are on the lookout for a dynamic and creative Content Creator to join our team. This role offers a unique opportunity to shape our brand narrative and engage audiences across various platforms.

You will be responsible for producing a range of engaging and bold content for social media, websites, SEO, CRM emails, presentations, internal communications, events and more. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of crafting content that resonates with both B2C and B2B audiences and drives engagement. You will be responsible for bringing our brand voice to life and collaborating closely with design to produce content that sparks the desired action.

Responsibilities:

  • Create compelling and high-quality content for social media platforms, websites, email campaigns, presentations and other channels
  • Write clear, engaging copy tailored to different audiences, including job seekers (B2C) and recruiters (B2B), ensuring it aligns with the brand’s tone of voice and tells our story
  • Collaborate closely with the design team to develop visually appealing content that elevates the written word
  • Develop content strategies for SEO, ensuring adherence to best practices and EEAT (Experience, Expertise, Authoritativeness, Trustworthiness) principles to maximise visibility
  • Utilise generative AI tools to co-create and optimise content efficiently
  • Work on storytelling initiatives to transform data trends and complex or less engaging topics into captivating and relatable narratives
  • Engage with multiple stakeholders across the business to gather insights and feedback, ensuring content meets both strategic and operational needs
  • Stay updated on industry trends within the job market, emerging content formats and best practices to keep the content fresh and engaging

Essential:

  • Proven experience in content creation, copywriting and editing for diverse audiences, including B2C and B2B
  • Strong understanding of brand tone of voice and the ability to adapt writing style accordingly
  • Familiarity with SEO fundamentals, including the application of EEAT principles
  • Experience using generative AI tools for content creation
  • Ability to collaborate with designers to produce visually appealing content
  • Excellent storytelling skills with the ability to simplify complex concepts
  • Comfortable working with multiple stakeholders and integrating feedback into content
  • Strong attention to detail, organisation skills, and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • A creative mindset with a passion for producing innovative and impactful content
