Position Summary:

Our Finance internship experience is an 11-week full-time opportunity that starts on May 26th, 2026, and concludes on August 7th, 2026.

This is a hybrid position with 3 days (generally Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday) in office with the other 2 days each week working remotely from home, office, or another location of your choice.

Job Locations (Locations may be updated closer to start date based on availability):   Cumberland, RI; Hartford, CT; Northbrook or Downer’s Grove, IL. No housing or housing stipend will be provided, but interns will be given the opportunity to connect with each other prior to the start of the program to coordinate housing if desired.

The hourly rate is  $23/hr with 40 hours/ week, no work on July 4th (company holiday), and two days of paid leave. Please disregard the range listed.

As a finance intern, you will be assigned to a summer role in a department such as:
∙ Enterprise Finance Planning and Analysis
∙ Health Care Benefits, Pharmacy Services, and Retail Finance
∙ Internal Audit
∙ Financial Systems
∙ Treasury
∙ Medical Economics

· Finance Operations

Work visa sponsorship is not available for this role. This includes participation in Curricular Practical Training (CPT), Optional Practical Training (OPT), and F-1 Visa programs.


Required Qualifications:
∙ Meet educational requirements (see education section)

Preferred Qualifications:
∙ Have demonstrated leadership experience. Examples include: active roles in student or social organization activities, sports, or school or work-related projects
∙ Have internship, work, or project experience in related field such as finance, accounting, or business
∙ Have experience with data analysis and visualization tools, for example Microsoft Excel to maintain spreadsheets and perform moderately complex functions
∙ Show strong written and verbal communication skills
∙ Have an interest in obtaining full-time position within CVS Health upon graduation

Education:

∙ Have an anticipated graduation date between September 2026 and August 2027

∙ Anticipated completion of bachelor’s degree program by full-time start date (January 2027 through August 2027) or equivalent experience. Master’s students completing 3+1 or 4+1 programs (a Master’s/MBA program immediately following your bachelor’s degree) may be considered
∙ Have a major, minor, concentration, or work experience relevant to the position. Examples include: Finance, Accounting, Economics, Analytics, Mathematics or similar quantitative majors
