We are a 30 person, full-service CPA firm on the south side of Kansas City. We offer Tax, Audit, Bookkeeping, and wealth management services to a wide range of clients. we handle clients in the individual, corporate, non-profit, and government sectors. All of the businesses we work with are privately owned. We pride ourself on work-life balance and tend to see busy season hours between 45 and 55 hours. Outside of busy season we have summer fridays off and have a minimum of 3 weeks starting PTO. We are a midsize firm that feels like a small family in the office. We are very collaborative in a laid back, yet professional environment. We have been open since the early 90s and we are still growing.We are looking to fill a growing need for an incoming audit manger or supervisor. This role will work with clients in both the for profit and non-profit spaces. Most of our clients sit in the $1 million to $50 million range amongst numerous industries, so we would like a generalist.What you need• At Least 4+ years of public accounting experience in:• Knowledge of GAAP, GAAS, audit software.• Analyze financial statements, audit reports.• Organize multiple engagements, meet deadlines.• Plan and oversee audit engagements.• Develop and maintain client relationships.• Supervise and mentor audit staff.• Ensure audit quality and compliance.• Prepare and present audit findings.Nice to Have• Active CPA - Highly Prefer• Must at least be CPA Eligible• Bachelors in Accounting or other relative studies• Masters - huge plusBenefitsBase Salary: $110,000 - $140,000• Full Medical, Dental, Vision• Capped Busy Season Hours (50 or 55 Hours)• Flex Hours• Hybrid Remote Schedule• Every Other Friday Off During Summer• 401k w/ match• Path to PartnerEmail Your Resume In Word ToLooking forward to receiving your resume through our website and going over the position with you.
