Integrated Circuit Package Design Engineer IVPosition OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Integrated Circuit Package Design Engineer IV to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for the design and development of advanced packaging solutions for integrated circuits, focusing on improving product performance and reliability. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that packaging designs meet both technical and customer requirements.Key Responsibilities• Design and develop integrated circuit packaging solutions for semiconductor products.• Conduct mechanical and electrical analysis to optimize package performance.• Collaborate with research and development teams to improve packaging processes and materials.• Evaluate and select suitable substrate and interconnect technologies for various applications.• Perform thermal modeling and mechanical modeling of package designs to ensure reliability in high-performance environments.• Utilize CAD software to create detailed package designs and documentation.• Work with suppliers to evaluate and source materials for packaging applications.• Conduct requirements analysis to ensure all design specifications are met.• Provide technical support and guidance to junior engineers and cross-functional teams.• Participate in process development and improvement initiatives for packaging engineering.Qualifications• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.• Minimum of 5 years of experience in integrated circuit package design or a related area.• Strong knowledge of electrical theory and packaging engineering principles.• Experience with mechanical analysis and thermal modeling in high reliability applications.• Proficiency in CAD software and Microsoft Office Suite.• Familiarity with semiconductor products and processes, including analog, digital, and mixed signal designs.• Ability to analyze and solve complex engineering problems.• Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.• Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.Salary: $123,000 - 154,000Benefits• Medical (FSA + HSA), Dental, and Vision• Immediate 401K Vesting/Matching• Career Opportunity and Growth• Tuition Reimbursement• Student Loan Repayment• Generous PTO and 11 paid Holidays per year (8 regular and 3 floating)• 8 weeks of 100% Paid Family LeaveEmail Your Resume In Word ToLooking forward to receiving your resume through our website and going over the position with you.
