Inside Sales RepresentativePosition OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Inside Sales Representative to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating new business and maintaining relationships with existing clients. The candidate should have a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets in a B2B environment.Key Responsibilities• Generate new business through cold calling, lead generation, and customer referrals.• Maintain and expand relationships with existing clients.• Meet and exceed sales targets.• Develop and maintain a strong understanding of our products and services.• Prepare and deliver effective sales presentations to potential clients.• Manage and prioritize a high volume of sales leads.• Provide excellent customer service and support to clients.Qualifications• 2+ years of experience in B2B sales.• Experience in 3PL sales is a plus.• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.• Strong relationship-building and presentation skills.• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.• Self-motivated with strong organizational and time management skills.• Demonstrated resilience and persistence in meeting and exceeding sales targets.• Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.• Familiarity with sales methodologies and techniques.• Professional and customer-focused demeanor.Benefits• Advancement opportunity for outstanding performance• Comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, and life insurance• Paid time off• Employee gym located on-site• Casual dress• Company Paid lunchEmail Your Resume In Word ToLooking forward to receiving your resume through our website and going over the position with you.
