Position Title: Associate AttorneySalary: $180k-$275k/yrLocation: Oakland, CA (hybrid)Desired Experience: Wage & Hour litigation, Class Action experience, Plaintiff-side experience, Employment Law Litigation.Position Overview: We seek an experienced Attorney to join our legal team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Class Action, Wage & Hour, Plaintiff, Litigation, and Worker's Rights violation cases. The Attorney will handle various legal matters and provide expert legal advice and representation to our clients.Key Responsibilities• Represent clients in legal proceedings such as trials, hearings, and mediation• Conduct legal research and provide analysis of legal issues• Draft legal documents, including pleadings, briefs, and motions• Provide strategic and practical legal advice to clients• Manage a caseload and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines• Attend meetings and negotiations with clients, opposing counsel, and other parties involved in the case• Prepare clients for depositions and court appearances• Collaborate with other attorneys and legal professionals to develop case strategiesQualifications• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school• Active license to practice law in the state• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience practicing law, preferably in Class Action, Wage & Hour, Plaintiff, and Litigation cases• Strong knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and legal procedures• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills• Ability to manage a caseload and work under pressure to meet deadlines• Experience in handling complex legal matters• Strong negotiation and advocacy skills• Attention to detail and strong organizational skillsIf you are a highly motivated and skilled Attorney with a passion for advocating for Worker's Rights, we encourage you to apply for this position.
