Project ManagerPosition OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee the planning, implementation, and tracking of our construction projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that each project is completed on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of our clients. We are looking for individuals with experience on multi-family, hotels or storage projects.Key Responsibilities• Develop and maintain project plans, budgets, and schedules• Manage project teams, including contractors and subcontractors• Coordinate project activities with clients, architects, and engineers• Ensure compliance with building codes and safety regulations• Monitor project progress and provide regular status reports• Identify and mitigate project risks and issuesQualifications• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field• At least 3 years of experience in commercial construction project management• Experience in multi-family, hotels, hospitality, and storage construction projects• Strong knowledge of construction industry standards, building codes, and safety regulations• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously• Proficiency in project management software and toolsBenefitsVacation/PTOMedicalDentalVision401kBonusEmail Your Resume In Word ToLooking forward to receiving your resume through our website and going over the position with you.
