Role: Aerospace Product Marketing Manager / Sales EngineerCompensation: Base $75K-$90K + up to 20% bonusLocation: Hybrid, Sugar Land, TXWho We Are: We are a designer and manufacturer of electronic connectors and interconnect solutions for a variety of applications including medical devices, consumer electronics, automotive, aviation, and oil/gas. Our Texas office has been primarily focused in oil & gas related work and we are creating this position to expand our business into capturing the aerospace (NON-MILITARY) sector.Position Overview: The Aerospace Product Marketing Manager is responsible for developing and executing marketing plans and tactics for the aerospace product line. This individual will work closely with product management and the sales team to define and execute an effective marketing strategy.Key Responsibilities• Develop and maintain marketing plans and new business opportunities for the aerospace product line• Manage multiple sales representatives for our aerospace products• Lead the development and execution of marketing campaigns, promotions, and other activities• Foster relationships with key customers and partners, traveling to accounts as needed• Build and execute marketing plans to drive adoption, utilization, and sales of the product line• Analyze and report on marketing performance metrics• Conduct market research to understand market needs and trends• Create messaging and positioning for the non-oil and gas product lines• Partner with product management and engineering to ensure new products and features meet market needs• Attend trade shows/industry events as neededQualificationsThis is a hybrid role with 1-2 days in office in Sugar Land, TX. Other time can be spent WFH and working on the road. Up to 30% regional travel is required. Occasional international travel may be required.• 2+ years B2B electronics sales• Bachelor's Degree in Science/Engineering is required; Electronic Engineering major is preferred• Experience with Aerospace (non-military) business development highly preferred• Experience with accelerometers, gyroscopes, and IMUs• Experience with motion sensor applications• Fluency in Japanese is a huge plus!• Excellent communication, presentation, and writing skills• Ability to work independently and collaborativelyBenefits• Base Salary: $75K-$90K (DOE)• Up to 20% sales-incentive bonus• Medical, Vision, Dental• Auto Allowance/Reimbursement• 401k MatchEmail Your Resume In Word ToLooking forward to receiving your resume through our website and going over the position with you.
