Senior Project Manager - Civil

We are looking for a senior-level Project Manager with a background in some of the following - site development, transportation projects, civil projects, or even solar/battery storage projects. In this role you will have the opportunity to lead a small team of 5 people while also doing project management. We are a small firm of 30 employees and there will be a strong growth opportunity in this role for many years to come. civil engineering to join our team.In this role we plan to pay $125-150K for base with upward flexibility for the right candidate. We also offer bonuses and full benefits.Key Responsibilities:• Manage civil engineering projects from initiation through completion, to ensure that project goals and objectives are met.• Provide technical guidance and direction to project teams.• Develop project plans, budgets, and timelines.• Monitor and report on project progress.• Communicate project status to stakeholders.• Identify and resolve issues and risks.• Ensure compliance with applicable standards and regulations.Qualifications:• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.• Professional Engineer (PE) license.• Minimum of 5 years of experience in civil engineering project management.• Excellent technical, project management, communication, and problem-solving skills.• Strong organizational and time management capabilities.• Familiarity with applicable standards and regulations.BenefitsApplicants must be authorized to work in the U.S.
