We are a high-growth Series-B InsurTech start-up using data and machine learning to revolutionise the insurance industry. You will be joining a strong and mission driven team, working to build a customer facing product that fundamentally changes the way insurers evaluate risk, enabling them to move from highly manual workflows to digital risk flows.
Cytora’s Risk Stream is a serverless and cloud native SaaS platform that automates the digitisation, evaluation and decisioning of risks for commercial insurers. Our product drastically improves the working lives of our users, enables our customers to cover more risks, more competitively.
The Role
You will help customers implement and grow their use of Cytora’s Risk Stream. You will work closely with our Customer Success and Product teams as part of initial customer onboarding, deliver incremental deployments but also provide ongoing support for their integrations.
Additionally you will work with our Product and Engineering teams to improve our product based on customer feedback and what you learn about user needs.
This role sits within our Product team, but also straddles Customer Success, Engineering and Sales.
Some of the highlights of the role:
Work with customers and BAs to deliver the customer requirements using Cytora’s Risk Stream Platform and implement required customer changes after go-live
Understand the challenges our clients face
Design, build and deliver compelling product demos
Act as technical point of contact for the customer from demo to implementation
Troubleshoot customer integration issues, and write documentation to help customers self-serve on similar issues in future
First line of support for production issues
Requirements
Strong communicator, with experience successfully preparing and running demos, prototypes for prospective customers or internal teams
Experience eliciting requirements, identifying solution approaches, translating requirements into technical design
Ability to influence stakeholders working with them to agree scope and design the system to ensure outcomes deliver value
Comfortable working with both business and technical stakeholders
You care more about solving our customers’ problems than selling our products, and it shows
Experience with script based configuration - YAML and JSON (pipelines, step configuration, schema-driven ui configuration etc)
Experience using Postman, Insomnia or similar
Experience providing support for 3rd parties in API based integrations, helping customers set up, debug and test integrations.
Ability to match customer functional requirements and available system features
Working proficiency in Python - this role does not require extensive coding but does require an ability to understand how features work technically to support integrations
Familiarity with using Github as source control
Familiarity with Machine Learning and ability to explain input data requirements to customer who want to use models
