In this role, you will be at the forefront of our client relationships, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded. Your primary mission as an Account Manager at Daleenda will involve creating and nurturing long-lasting partnerships with our clients, as you dive deep into understanding their goals and aspirations. Developing strategic account plans will allow you to unlock growth opportunities within existing portfolios, while you coordinate with our talented internal teams to ensure seamless service execution. You will be the go-to person for client inquiries, feedback, and service requests, making sure that every interaction strengthens their trust in us. Monitoring account performance is key, as you will regularly provide updates about value enhancements and proactively address any client concerns. Staying updated on industry trends and competitor activities will position you to offer valuable insights. Collaborative teamwork is essential, and you will participate in meetings to share strategies and celebrate successes. If you have at least 3 years of experience in account management, along with strong relationship-building and communication skills, we want to hear from you! Your ability to analyze client performance data and familiarity with CRM software and MS Office Suite will further enhance your contributions. A bachelor’s degree in Business or Marketing is preferred, and knowledge of the German language is a bonus in this collaborative environment.
