Tenemos una nueva vacante en nuestro equipo Digital para actuar como Especialista Sénior en Influence Marketing en nuestra oficina de Buenos Aires. 

 

Actualmente estamos trabajando de manera híbrida: 3 días en la oficina y 2 días de manera remota. 

 

Estamos en Palermo, Ciudad Autónoma de Buenos Aires.

La persona será responsable de desarrollar y ejecutar estrategias digitales innovadoras para construir defensores de la marca entre audiencias existentes y nuevas. Utilizarás tu pasión por las estrategias digitales para pensar a lo grande, tomar riesgos calculados y proponer programas audaces que hagan que nuestros clientes se destaquen entre la multitud. Además, te asociarás con clientes y creativos para llevar al mercado trabajos comunitarios y de mejora de la marca a través de todos los canales sociales y etapas del viaje del cliente.


Responsabilidades:
  • Capacidad para identificar movimientos culturales y tendencias clave en el panorama digital.
  • Mantenerse actualizado(a) con las voces influyentes más recientes y las conversaciones predominantes entre los creadores de contenido.
  • Enfoque visionario en el ámbito digital, capaz de demostrar el valor de lo digital tanto a clientes internos como externos.
  • Pensamiento estratégico y analítico, orientado a resultados.
  • Interés genuino por explorar y comprender el mundo de los influencers, con habilidad para conectar con comunidades y crear contenido relevante para las marcas.
  • Experiencia en la generación de informes detallados sobre el impacto de las publicaciones de influencers en diversas plataformas.


Requisitos:
  • Carrera en Comunicación, Publicidad, Marketing, Periodismo o similar;
  • Experiencia mínima de 4+ años en posiciones similares (en agencias o empresas);
  • Conocimiento integral del ecosistema de influencers en el mercado local, incluyendo tendencias emergentes y mapeo de creadores de contenido;
  • Experiencia en desarrollo de contenido para canales digitales;
  • Actitud proactiva, decidida, organizada y responsable;
  • Pensamiento estratégico y analítico;
  • Inglés avanzado (oral y escrito) es imprescindible.
