You'll be a key player in our Workday support team, directly reporting to the HCM Product Owner. Your role will involve the maintenance and support of Workday HCM—covering essential areas like Annual Leave, Benefits, Onboarding, and more. You will consult with HR process leads, gather requirements, and provide smart solutions and impact analysis as a subject matter expert. Additionally, you will create and maintain training and documentation on various Workday HCM areas while configuring, testing, and implementing business process changes. Strong experience in HR operations and HCM data management is essential, along with proficiency in Workday report writing and a solid understanding of security features.
