The Business Analyst will be responsible for data, reporting, and analysis needs as part of the Master Data Management/Business Reporting team. This includes gathering business users' requirements, creating reports and analysis, and presenting and interpreting management results. This role is charged with driving a culture of continuous improvement through measurement and optimization. Close collaboration with corporate is required to understand global harmonized reporting needs and local specific adaptations.
Salary Range: $90,000 - $100,000
Business Analyst Responsibilities
- Work with technology and support teams to define business process and requirements for internal clients.
- Analyze, troubleshoot and resolve errors and assist other team members or business partners with related master data issues.
- Perform analytical deep dives to provide actionable insights to decision-makers.
- Communicate business process, issues and requirements using system diagrams, process modeling and data flow diagrams.
- Track and monitor KPIs for various departments on a routine basis.
- Create and implement tools to facilitate the user experience (Qlik, Power BI, Excel, Google Analytics).
- Continually evolve and implement controls to ensure best practices to meet current and future business intelligence needs.
- Maintain data integrity and assist in training business users in our data management policies.
- Analyze business issues using data to provide root cause to internal clients.
- Demonstrate self-confidence while showing respect and support to others.
- Independently develop and nurture strong and appropriate relationships with business and technical partners as well as the customer to advance system efficiency and overall IT perception and support.
- Undertake various projects as directed.
Business Analyst Experience and education
- An Undergraduate degree in: Finance and Accounting, Technology or Computer
- 3 - 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst or Data Analyst in large enterprise environment
- Knowledge of SQL, SAP, and Salesforce desired.
- Good experience with reporting front ends required to ensure sustainably of reoccurring reports.
- Advanced skills with Excel and PowerPoint.

Business Analyst Working conditions / Physical Requirements
- Sitting at a desk for extended periods while using a computer
- Early morning calls with Germany, Switzerland, and France will be required.
