Data Entry Associate - Apex, NC

The Build (Responsibilities)

• 
  Set up new product skus in Home Depot US IDM system.
• Set up new product skus in Home Depot FLEX system for US, Canada and Mexico.
• Coordination with Product and Channel teams to execute best-in-class marketing copy.
• Ongoing daily maintenance of data in IDM system.
• Utilization of internal Digital Asset Management system.
• Daily navigation of SAP to support above data entry and internal sku tracking and reporting. Enter, audit, edit, and research master data components required for managing accuracy and integrity of SAP data to support business needs.
• Support Channel Managers with data submission for quarterly promotions.
• Assist with troubleshooting activities related to sku set up.
• Establish, improve, and develop governance best practices and processes.
• Support other Channel Marketing roles when needed.
• Market analysis - participate in competitive market shops.
• Assist Online team with BazaarVoice when needed.

  The Toolbox (Qualifications)
• High school diploma required, 2 to 4 year college degree preferred
• Ability to multitask and prioritize
• Self-directed individual who can work independently
• Effective problem solver in a fast paced, multi-tasking, deadline-driven work environment
• Exceptional organizational skills
• Attention to detail
• Ability to spot errors with accuracy and efficiency
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and SharePoint applications
• Previous experience with IDM (Home Depot), SAP and Commerce Hub preferred
