Data Entry Clerk - job 2 of 2

Penmac Staffing is recruiting candidates for their Data Entry Clerk position with a logistics company in Springfield, MO . This is a Temp-to-Hire position and our client is looking for a full-time candidate. This is an excellent opportunity for advancement.
The Data Entry C lerk will review many invoices each week, then decipher and enter th e appropriate informati on into the system. The ideal candidate for this position is motivated , well organized and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.
Shift: Monday – Friday, 8:00 am – 4:30 pm
Pay: $17.00 per hour, with benefits offered after hire

Responsibilities can include:

• Verify invoices are prepared correctly
• Verify proper pricing and fees have been calculated according to negotiations
• Will be handling and servicing multiple accounts at any given time

Requirements include:

• High School diploma or equivalent, preferred
• Must possess strong Data Entry skills (Alphanumeric and 10-key typing)
• Must pass applicable Drug Screen and/or Criminal Background Check
