IDC is seeking a highly motivated Legal and Executive Assistant to join our legal and marketing teams. The Assistant will report directly to the General Counsel and will provide administrative and professional support to both the General Counsel and the Chief Marketing Officer. The Assistant is responsible for managing the daily operations of the teams, coordinating meetings and travel arrangements, preparing correspondence and reports, and handling confidential and sensitive information.

This role is based out of our Needham, MA location with a hybrid work schedule to come into the office 1-2 days per month.

Salary range and additional compensation, including discretionary bonuses and incentive pay, are determined by a rigorous review process. The expected total annual compensation, depending on location and experience, is between $90,000 and $110,000 and is inclusive of base salary and variable compensation (if applicable).
