Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage PERM recruitment steps
- Review and sign off Labor Condition Applications and immigration applications
- Evaluate cases and escalate concerns as necessary
- Draft work and travel support letters
- Manage status of filed applications and petitions
- Conduct research on processing procedures and timelines
- Communicate with government agencies regarding processing delays
- Maintain employment contracts
