What you’ll be doing:

• Build and enhance bespoke Software Engineering solutions for our clients
• Enhance and grow your software engineering knowledge among subject matter experts in our learning and development ecosystem
• Deliver high quality, best practice software solutions
• Use a range of architectures, tools and frameworks
• Have the opportunity to learn and gain certification in new technologies
• Recommend, implement and knowledge share new ideas and innovations
• Work as part of a dynamic team
• Suggest, create and deliver content towards our L&D ecosystem
• Provide technical and/or people leadership to juniors with opportunities for management training
• Produce clean and efficient solutions based on specifications
• Liaise with clients

Experience and skills required:

• Minimum 2+ years Python development experience 
• Demonstrable experience with Snowflake
• Experience with kdb/q is highly advantageous 
• Knowledge across software and data engineering, and software delivery (CI/CD)
• Development and delivery experience of data-driven applications and solutions
• Solid knowledge of SDLC, agile and appropriate tooling
• Excellent communication skills across peers, leadership and clients; both business and technical
