Data Operations Analyst, II

Introduction:

This is a Junior-level role that is necessary to help with the creation of custom data feeds for our clients, helping to manage API, Excel Add-in and syndication client requests, issues and needs, monitoring client delivery logs, and to assist the Senior Digital Analyst and Head of Digital Operations with the overall day to day operations of our clients and EIU internal stakeholders.

Accountabilities:

Monitor processes and deliveries for our content licensing partners and syndication clients.
Learn how to price and create custom data feeds
Proficient in the use of Excel Add-ins to support troubleshooting client usage
Create and manage data and delivery to specific clients
Work closely with Senior Analyst, Digital Operations to update and maintain documentation.
Work closely with the Head of Digital Operations and Senior Analyst, Digital Operations to help improve current processes.
Support internal stakeholders, such as Account Managers, Customer Service, Editorial
Be available for meetings and calls across continents, currently New York, London and India

Experience, skills and professional attributes:

1+ years of total experience
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel
Basic VBA knowledge
Some, hands-on experience with FTP software applications
Ability to multitask
Problem solving approach, coupled with a strong sense of ownership
Strong interpersonal communication skills (including listening, speaking, and writing)
Ability to work independently and work well in a diverse, team-focused environment
