Pulley is growing quickly with over 1600 customers including unicorns like Clubhouse, Birdies, Coda, and Fast - all within our first year of product launch. 🌟 Who We're Looking For

We are looking for a Data Scientist to help build the next generation of equity management products. As a Data Scientist working with teams driving innovation at Pulley, you would collaborate directly with engineering, product, customer support, and design teams to use metrics to guide product and business direction.

🛠 Responsibilities

• Work with product teams to prioritize what new product to build from internationalization to crypto and token cap tables
• Define and set product goals for new features, and ensure the products we build bring value to our users
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners from design to engineering to product to identify patterns of behavior and influence product strategy with clear data narratives
• Build and evangelize a process of product experimentation to identify causal insights

• You thrive in bringing structure to highly ambiguous environments
• You have experience taking initiatives or products from idea to launch

🙌 Qualifications

• 3+ years experience
• Experience: SQL, Data visualization, Python/R/Stata
• Preferred Experience: A/B testing, experience with NLP or GPT-3 is a plus
